Nice when it works…

Advertising Age also named Goodby, Silverstein & Partners’ work for Hewlett- Packard as U.S. Campaign of the Year. Goodby’s “The computer is personal again” campaign was praised for “making the PC stand once again for ‘personal computer’ and not for what it has become — a personal commodity.”

I found this on Amazon at the beginning of the year and ordered it immediately. I was quite excited when it arrived, since the feeling that they don’t do things normally starts at the cover which is crudely abrasive - made of a fine sandpaper… which, if you read the back cover is explained…

Mother have launched their new spot for PG Tips.First thing to marvel at is its sheer length - 2 minutes! In an age of ROI, I’ve been in a number of conversations where we discuss the possibility of doing a longer spot length to cut through the 30 second clutter on TV today.
